This page lists the limits that apply when you use Bold Create. Some limits are fixed. Others are set for your organization, so the values you see may differ from the defaults listed here. If you reach a limit that your organization sets, contact your admin.
Attachments
These limits apply to files you attach to a message in the composer for cloud tasks.

| Retention | Attachments are kept for 10 days. Files you upload but never send are deleted after 24 hours. |
Local tasks in the desktop app accept images only, up to 5 MB each, 5 images and 10 MB in total. Some models can’t see images. If you attach an image while such a model is selected, the chip shows a warning, and the file is still sent. See Models and Attachment not accepted.

Runs

Runs waiting for your approval, or paused, don’t count. When a limit is reached, a new run doesn’t start. The thread shows “Your organisation is running N tasks, the most allowed at once. Try again when one finishes.” or “You are running N tasks, the most allowed for one person at once…”. Wait for a run to finish, or stop one you don’t need. See Run stopped or shows Error.
Threads
